My Need To Let Her Want
A distant bluff in the mojave
for the calling
Someplace recognized in dream
The phenomenological gamble of
neutral ground that is ever again
compromised by ancestry
Vacuums which may crave full
omniscience
When the anxiety of no anxiety
comes into play with nothing on
the line
Trust gives security until you
start to think about it
Fear of losing the power of emptyness
What coalescence occurs
Dare you trade the fantasy for that
which would not be imaginably the
same
The taking of being taken
The going which walking takes away
Commentary
This poem is i distant ancestor and
forerunner of Sonoran Hushings, the piece
which immediately follows. Having been told
that I may be well advised to do more
reworking of my material, I reworked
My Need To Let Her Want some 25 times until
arriving at Sonoran Hushings, which is
the last reworking to date.
